CLUM runs on your own PC and uses uncensored models by default, so it will not refuse much. That freedom comes with responsibility: you are solely responsible for what you ask for, what CLUM makes, and how you use or share it. We never see your requests or results.
You may not use CLUM to
- create, store or share sexual material involving minors, in any form;
- plan, help with or carry out violence, terrorism, or weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological);
- break into computers or accounts you have no permission to access, or write malware to use against others;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defraud or impersonate real people, or make non-consensual intimate images of them;
- break the law that applies to you, or the license and usage rules of the AI models you download;
- share, resell or publish your license key or the installer.
CLUM Web
CLUM Web reads the web for you and never posts, buys or changes anything online. You must still follow the terms of the websites it reads, and use what it finds lawfully, including copyright and picture licenses.
If this policy is broken
We may withdraw the license key of anyone who breaks this policy, without a refund. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with authorities.
