1. Who we are
CLUM is made and sold by Locally LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we"). These terms cover this website and buying CLUM. Using the software itself is covered by the license agreement (EULA).
2. Buying CLUM
CLUM is sold through our store on Payhip. Payhip processes the payment and collects and pays sales tax or VAT where required; it is shown at checkout. Prices are one-time payments in US dollars. CLUM Remote is an add-on and needs CLUM Hub.
Discounts: from time to time we offer discount codes, and buying through a partner link gives a discount. Only one discount applies to an order. We may end an offer at any time; an offer never changes a purchase already made.
3. Delivery
After payment, Payhip gives you the installer download and, for CLUM Remote, your license key, on the receipt page and by email. Keep that email: it is how you download again and how you prove your purchase.
4. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days. See the refund policy.
5. Updates
Every CLUM 1.x update is free. A future CLUM 2.0 may be a paid upgrade.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. You are responsible for what you ask CLUM to do and for what you do with its results.
7. No warranty and limits
CLUM and this website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CLUM. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes never apply to a purchase already made without your agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
